Exploring the impact of workplace bias
We have started exploring the topic of unconscious bias with all levels of leadership. We are interested in how it affects employees, customers, suppliers and the overall business. Our goal is to practice conscious awareness to foster a diverse and inclusive environment which drives our business forward.
Powering business growth and innovation
A long-standing commitment to supplier diversity
Having diverse suppliers in our supply chain is a business imperative because it affords us diversity of thoughts, ideas, values and innovation that drives our business forward. Our Premier Supplier Academy program provides educational, technical and business skills training. It also offers one-on-one mentoring, networking events and individualized strategies designed to further our commitment to increasing business opportunities for diverse suppliers.
Top military employer

We’re proud to share the awards that we’ve received for our efforts in diversity and inclusion.
