A super giveaway for a super fan [00:36]

If the name Don Crisman rings a bell, it’s probably because, at 87 years young, he’s been to every Super Bowl – ever (they began in 1967, and Don hasn’t missed even one). Not a football historian? Well, then maybe you remember the amazing way we surprised him with tickets last year when his annual Super Bowl trek was in jeopardy due to financial worries.

We’re not ones to break a winning streak, so this year, we surprised Don with tickets once again … but this time we’re putting him to work as an honorary member of the Verizon Test Force! Stay tuned for more about Don’s adventures.

Try not to sniffle: See Don’s surprise last year.

32 network wins in a row? Just ask J.D. Power (and Lynn Cox) [02:11]

It could sound tempting to just rest on our laurels after the 32nd consecutive J.D. Power awards for Wireless Network Quality, but that’s just not the Verizon way. Chief Network Officer Lynn Cox joined the team to talk about what it takes to keep the best network fast, reliable and secure. In the face of stiff competition, evolving technology and – like we’ve seen over the last few weeks – severe weather across the country, we have continued to deliver for our customers. Our secret? The very best people in the business (you) and our constant push to improve and innovate. As our Credosays, “We know our best was good for today. Tomorrow we’ll do better.”
